Twin Falls, Washington

My wife (@ehajboss) and I decided to go on a last minute fall trip to Twin Falls in Washington.

We just came from a friend’s house early in the morning and stopped at various locations before heading to the waterfalls.

Rockwood Farm

Our first stop came to the all famous Rockwood Farm. Unfortunately, all the fall colors and leaves had died off.

Only one tree was standing strong on the left side of the tree tunnel which still made for a great shot.

Tree Tunnel

If you drive around Washington on the back roads, you can easily find some tree tunnels.

We got lucky at this particular spot where there wasn’t much traffic to hop off and take some photos.

The symmetry and fall colors were strong.

Always look for lines and vanishing points at these typical spots.

Twin Falls Trail

We came to this location not knowing how long and difficulty the hike would be.

Just be prepared to hike up and go down some hills.

It can get a little difficult but it’s worth it in the end.

The weather did play a big part on our photographs as some fog rolled in.

Make sure to bring some water as well, you don’t want to go down on the rapid river and drink from there.
