All Your Eggs in One Basket

Most people today think that Instagram is the place to put all your eggs in it.

However, there are other platforms out there that can be beneficial in the long run.

Doing some of these tasks do require work, but it can land you some photography jobs.

Consistency

In order for something to work, you have to put in the work.

Doing small tasks can lead to big rewards.

Such as one posting consistently on Instagram can lead to a target audience and mold you craft.

Why not try another platform such as 500px or Pinterest.

Try something new in the photography category such as blogging or tutorials for those who need help.

You started as a novice, so why not teach others your ways.

This will give you a bigger audience and will respect your craft.

Landing Jobs

I landed some of my photography gigs outside of Instagram including a photo shoot and doing an article for a magazine.

You never know who can find you in the world of photography.

Use other platforms to your advantage while they are free.

Even if you are just linking your Instagram handle or showing off your photos.

Brand Out

Branding your photography can mean a lot to your client.

Look professional to your audience.

Create your voice and niche and spread it out evenly to other platforms.

This lets people know who you are and can make you stand out from the rest.
